Ultimate Staffing is seeking a SocialCRM Inside Sales Specialist for a large growth oriented company! If you are looking to align yourself with a company that you can grow your career with and make great commission this is the position for you!

The SocialCRM Inside Sales Specialist will be part of the primary SocialCRM inside Sales Team. You will convert SocialCRM sales leads into actual sales which is critical for ongoing success. The SocialCRM Inside Sales Specialist must become an expert on all aspects of the SocialCRM product and services, including websites, social media platforms and Google Ads. You will be responsible for selling this product to exisiting customers.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Work with existing client base
• Responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals for all products and related services.
• Become product experts on all products and services.
• Develop professional product presentations / demonstrations for all CRM products and services.
• Actively participate in meetings involving CRM product planning, development, sales, and support and marketing activities when requested.

• Experience and Educational Requirements:
• High school degree or equivalent (Required).
• Minimum of 2+ years experience in inside sales or field sales
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and various projects concurrently
• Highest degree of character, honesty, personal responsibility and accountability
• Computer literate in a wide range of information systems and business applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and account management software (Preferred).
• Strong communication skills, ability to teach and explain ideas and concepts to customers with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Must have excellent presentation, account management, relationship, communications, and organizational skills, including planning, coordinating and setting priorities.

Pay $22 per hour+great commission opportunity!
